A combination of strategic planning, analytical thinking and critical problem solving has allowed Michael Aro to excel throughout his 15 year career in the construction industry. His knowledge and skills have taken him from labourer to Site Supervisor, where he currently manages all aspects of the construction process, including mechanical, pneumatic, plumbing, electrical and structural installations.
He has worked on several major projects in the Greater Toronto Hamilton Area (GTHA) – specifically tunnel works and concrete forming/application. Michael also has several years of experience in the development of concrete and additive mix designs and is the inventor of PTC1 and Vitracrete. He values organization, creativity, teamwork and has a proven track record of delivering projects on schedule with the utmost professionalism.

With over twenty years’ experience in tunnel works and other construction projects, Mr. Cordeiro has worked his way up in the ranks and participated on many heavy civil projects in the GTHA. Mr. Cordiero is now a Senior Representative at a large construction industry trade union.
